Frequently asked questions
Can clients choose their own hairdresser?
Yes. When booking, clients choose the service, the team member they want, the date and a free time. You can try this with the sample salon “Cut & Club” in the customer demo.
How does Busy Week prevent double bookings?
Every service has a fixed duration. A time is only offered if the chosen person has no appointment during that period. The same time stays bookable with other team members.
Are there reminders to reduce no-shows?
Automatic reminders before the appointment are planned but not available yet. The current demo does not send any messages.
Can I already use Busy Week in my salon?
Busy Week is currently a product demo. Real bookings, client accounts and messaging are not connected yet. If you want to use Busy Week in your salon, write to us at info@codillas.com.
How much does Busy Week cost for hair salons?
The demo is free. Pricing for the live service has not been set yet; we are happy to discuss your needs in person.
